ZDC Suvidha Kendra provides various G2C (Government to Citizen) and B2C (Business to Citizen) services. We act as a facilitator. Please note that the final approval of any document (like Passport, PAN, or Ration Card) depends on the respective government departments.

3. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for providing accurate and genuine information/documents. If any information provided by you is found to be false, ZDC Suvidha Kendra reserves the right to cancel the application without any refund.

4. Payment & Fees

• All service charges must be paid in advance.
• Government fees are subject to change as per official notifications.
• Once an application is processed, the service fee is non-refundable.

We value your privacy. Your personal documents and data are used only for the purpose of the service requested and are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZDC Suvidha Kendra will not be held responsible for delays caused by technical glitches on government portals, postal delays, or rejection of applications by authorities.
